Cold Glue Aggregates

The cold glue aggregate is the most critical and complicated assembly on a cold glue machine. Any issues generated in the aggregate transfer directly to the label and lower the quality of your product. We offer aggregate rebuilds on most aggregate types and a full exchange program on a select few to eliminate any issues and to get you running like new.

Quality

We only use top of the line replacement bearings, flame hardened shafts and Oilite bushings for better fit and less play.  Upgrades are available to add multiple lubrication points to older aggregates to ensure that your aggregate can be properly maintained.

Improved Efficiency

Save money by utilizing our extremely economical exchange program or by sending in your spare aggregate to be rebuilt.  If downtime is a concern we’ll come to you and do the rebuild on-site.
